Adams County is located in south central Ohio. To the south is the Ohio River, and to the east is a part of the Appalachian Range. Adams County is about 80 miles east of Cincinnati, 45 minutes south of Chillicothe and right across the river from Maysville, KY. Mainly made-up of farming communities, Adams County also has an expanding line of industries, ranging from manufacturing plants to local craftsmen, and everything in between. | |
